The Municipality of New Carlisle wishes to find a food concession manager for the Canteen on the Green
for the 2022 summer season.
Conditions are as follows:
1) Hours of operation must be Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (negotiable)
2) Opening early June and closing end of September
3) The concession is rental free
4) The concession manager is responsible for paying all expenses related to the operation of the
canteen (propane, electricity, employees, etc.) as well as obtaining all regulatory permits.
5) The concession manager is responsible for the cleanliness of the premises (inside the canteen
and outside around the canteen)
6) All profits remain with the concession manager
7) Obligation to have a food establishment manager training certificate.
8) Sanitarv mesures must be followed according to government recommendations.
