The municipality of New Carlisle would like to offer the optimist chalet for a winter concession.
Here are the conditions of the offer:
1)Starting beginning of February and ending mid March depending on snow conditions. Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
2) Offering hot soup, sandwiches, sweets, etc. (no grease/deep fryer cooking)
3)The concession comes with no cost or rental fees.
4)The concession is responsible for the purchase of all supplies
The profits generated are kept by the concession.
Responsible for heating the chalet (wood stove), shovelling the outside deck and general cleanliness.
Must have a food safety certificate from the MAPAQ
All sanitary measures must be followed according to government recommendations.
